MAC Valve distributor meeting benefits our customers
Compressed Air Controls volunteered to host a meeting of MAC Valve distributors because we saw the benefits for our customers.
The Wellington based meeting on August 16 and 17 meant it was conveniently located for our sales reps from both our Wellington and Palmerston North branches to attend.
Learning about different applications that MAC Valves were installed in means that Compressed Air Controls staff have more knowledge that can help their customers.
“Peter McDonald, who is a specialist in pulse valves told us about how they are being used in dust collection,“ Compressed Air Controls’ sales manager Russell Crawford said.
He said the meeting also expanded the resources available to us, like MAC Valve brochures which will have our logo and contact details on them.
Organising the meeting also meant we could have a lot of input into the content.
Getting prepared for it and receiving feedback about it afterwards opened the lines of communication between both us and MAC Valves, as well as between other distributors and ourselves.
“It also gave us a bigger picture of our partners’ position,” Russell said.
