Company Sales Representative – Hawkes Bay
Compressed Air Controls imports and services industrial air compressors and related pneumatic control equipment and we’re looking for a Salesperson to learn our products and services to promote in the Hawkes Bay region to existing customers and develop new business.
Your skills and experience
You will have sales skills and experience and/or training in selling techniques. We will provide training on our products and services but you must know how to sell.
- Good communication in the variety of formats of the modern world.
- A disciplined nature enables you to follow routines established.
- The ability to learn about the products and services we offer. Training is provided and the learning is ongoing.
You must have the following
- A clean full driving New Zealand licence
- To be able to work in New Zealand with a valid work visa without restrictions
We ideally want a person who has the sales personality and skills and you are looking for a long term career in sales and business development.
The role
To be based at our branch in Napier where this region requires regional promotion and business development servicing existing and new customers.
Product training and support from a team environment is provided and ongoing training continues as you develop knowledge and experience. It is expected for the branch to have more staff in the future so this is a ground floor opportunity.

Established in 1990 Compressed Air Controls is a local business employing 23 staff and growing rapidly. Importing and distributing products to industrial engineering and manufacturing customers we also have a full service dept providing services of all compressor brands as well as our own brand.
We are members of New Zealand and international groups related to our products integrated into both the ELGi compressor manufacturing and the MAC MDN dealer network for Pneumatics. World class products we’re proud to represent.
The Napier branch holds product stock for sales and has a full time Service Technician plus sales & technical support from the head office in Palmerston North.
